Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number emailed when it ships. Track via the link in the shipping confirmation email or at vlono.com/apps/track.
Order changes
If you need to change shipping address, email support@vlono.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the label is generated we cannot reroute it.
Damaged in transit
If your book arrives damaged, photograph the package and the book and email support@vlono.com within 7 days. We replace damaged orders free, no return required.
