These terms govern your use of vlono.com and any order you place with us. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.

Who we are

Vlono is an independent online bookseller. Contact: support@vlono.com. We are not the author or publisher of any title we sell.

Products & pricing

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Compare-at prices reflect a reference retail value, not a price we have necessarily charged. We correct pricing or description errors and will cancel and refund any affected order rather than fulfil it at an incorrect price.

Orders & payment

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, payment failure, or stock issues, and will refund in full if we do. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Shipping

Free worldwide shipping on every order, no minimum. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and customs delays are outside our control. Full detail on the Shipping page.

Educational content disclaimer

The books we sell are educational. Awakening to Human Nature is a book about human behavior. It is not therapy, not a clinical or diagnostic tool, and not legal, financial, or medical advice. Nothing in it should be used to coerce, deceive, or harm another person. If you are dealing with abuse, coercion, or a mental health crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.

Intellectual property

The Vlono name, wordmark, site design, and original copy are ours. Book titles, cover art, and text belong to their respective authors and publishers. Nothing on this site transfers any right in a third party's work to you.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell, or republish our copy or images, attempt to breach site security, or use the site to break any law. We may block access for any of these.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any decision you make after reading a book we sold you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business. Nothing here removes a statutory consumer right you hold in your own country.

We may update these terms. The version live on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
